PC Setup for clients that has difficulties viewing the updated information:
In Internet Explorer click on the "Tools" bar
click on "Internet Options"
then click on "settings" under the "Temporary Internet Files"
Choose "Every visit to the page"
This will ensure that the latest updated information are displayed on all websites with every visit.
